I completed a 2-year course in LV Prasad, Chennai where I studied Film Direction. I'm a Writer • Director who has made a couple projects which mainly includes - an advertisement(as part of the course), a documentary and recently wrote and directed a 20-minute duration short film.
I write a lot. Lots and lots of stories or just writing about a film I just saw, and I watch a lot of films so naturally, I write a lot. I do. I yap a lot on Letterboxd and there are a lot of people on there who pay attention to my yapping, fortunately or unfortunately.
My main interests lie in writing. I just love creating stories and I'd love to get a hand on anything that involves writing.
For now, I'm looking for oppurtunities that may involve a lot of content writing so as to further build my craft and portfolio.
My
Story
As far back as I can remember, I've always loved films. Okay, I apologize for the reference but it is true. Cinema always gave me a feeling nothing else ever did. Just something about stories being told visually will always feel fascinating to me. I honestly don't know what made me want to make films. Admittedly, it's not like I grew up wanting to be a filmmaker. I just decided I wanted to be one when I was doing my bachelors in *cough cough mathematics and electronics.
But, I took that decision. Blame Kamal Haasan or Tarantino or Micheal Mann or Ram Gopal Varma for making me take that decison, but I took it
